Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to design, build, test, deploy, and support integrations that power HR and IT workflows. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security and vendor teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio) and familiarity with XML, REST APIs, SFTP and data transformation concepts.

Qualifications

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security and vendors.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, and schedules.
• Evaluate releases and coordinate testing for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations that enable reliable business processes and a positive member experience.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security, and vendor teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot issues to reduce disruption for members and business partners.
• Maintain integration documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence in alignment with governance and compliance.
