Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across the organization. The role includes configuration, reporting, testing, and collaboration with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors to ensure Workday aligns with business needs.

Responsibilities include configuring business processes, leaving plans, accruals, reporting, security management, and coordinating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications and rules.
• Maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals and eligibility rules.
• Build and test reports with calculated fields and data integrity
• Support Workday releases and enable new features with stakeholders
• Document requirements, designs and testing plans
• Collaborate with Talent, IT and Finance to align Workday with needs
• Manage security groups and mass operations in Workday
