Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across Core HCM functions. You will configure processes, run reports, and coordinate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors to align Workday with business needs.

The role emphasizes project management, testing, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning security, data integrity and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration.
• Proficient with documenting business requirements and testing plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
• Ability to collaborate across Talent, IT, Payroll and business units.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals and eligibility rules.
• Configure notifications, rules, embedded analytics and sub-processes within Workday.
• Build, revise and test reports, including calculated fields and data integrity checks.
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Coordinate release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas; enable new features with Talent, IT and Finance.
• Maintain security groups and create new groups as needed.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and document project status.
