Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across the organization.

You will configure processes, manage releases and collaborate with Talent, IT, Payroll and vendors to align Workday with business needs, while keeping security and data integrity at the forefront. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration.
• Experience configuring business processes, leave plans, accruals, and related workflows.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Professional Services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes, notifications, rules, analytics and sub-processes.
• Configure and maintain global leave, accruals, eligibility, and carryover rules.
• Build, test and revise reports with calculated fields and data integrity.
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Support releases, testing and feature enablement with Talent, IT and Finance.
• Maintain security groups and Docs/mass distribution.
• Document requirements, designs and testing plans.
• Collaborate with Talent, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
• Ensure integrations with immigration, background checks, and I-9.
