Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
Experience in salary administration, job classification, and job evaluation.
7+ years of experience with annual compensation planning and analysis.
Experience partnering with HR teams on compensation-related issues.

Responsibilities

Serve as a compensation advisor to Corporate Office groups, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, leaders, and Total Rewards teams on pay decisions and program implementation.
Evaluate escalated pay recommendations and exception requests balancing business needs with market competitiveness and governance.
