RTX Corporation, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Manager of Total Rewards to guide pay decisions and program implementation across Corporate Office groups. You will partner with HR and business leaders to align compensation with market practices and internal equity.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote US-based setup. A senior candidate with strong HR policy knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Experience in salary administration, job classification, and job evaluation.
• 7+ years of experience with annual compensation planning and analysis.
• Experience partnering with HR teams to address and resolve compensation-related issues.
• Technical knowledge of global HR policies and compensation practices

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compensation advisor to Corporate Office functional groups, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and Total Rewards teams on pay decisions and program implementation.
• Evaluate escalated pay recommendations and exception requests, balancing business needs with market competitiveness, internal fairness, compensation guidelines, and governance requirements.
• Lead compensation support for the annual planning cycle, including data review, guidance to HR and leaders, issue resolution, and accurate execution of pay decisions.
• Develop and maintain a Corporate HR compensation dashboard that provides actionable insights into pay trends, workforce priorities, and areas requiring attention.
• Analyze compensation data to identify emerging pay issues, assess the impact of proposed actions, and recommend solutions.
