Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of directly related experience.
• Significant leadership across compensation and benefits, including executive compensation.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international compensation practices.
• Strong knowledge of benefits, leave, and associated programs.
• Experience advising senior executives or governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a cohesive Global Total Rewards strategy aligned with RTI’s mission and priorities.
• Lead design, implementation, and governance of global compensation programs and executive rewards.
• Direct strategy for benefits, leave, and well-being programs.
• Provide Total Rewards leadership for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost analysis for Total Rewards.
• Maintain governance, controls, and risk management across compensation and benefits.
• Transform Total Rewards with analytics, scalable processes, and clear communications.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Total Rewards team.
