Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to own Tier 2 emergency roadside cases from start to finish, deciding on internal technician calls or third-party work. The role resolves technical issues on Ryder lease or contract vehicles using strong maintenance knowledge and diagnostic skills.

The position is remote with a Tuesday-Saturday 3:00pm–11:30pm EST schedule. Candidates should have ASE certifications, Ryder operations experience, and be prepared for

Formación

• Highly technical with expertise in Ryder fleet assets.
• Experience with OEM platforms and vehicle systems.
• Ability to interpret diagnostic information and communicate solutions clearly.
• Spanish language ability preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, troubleshoot and remedy Ryder customer roadside breakdowns with autonomy over cost decisions.
• Coordinate with RCRC and leadership; provide follow-ups and analysis to improve breakdowns.
• Update maintenance teams with OEM information and training materials.
• Mentor Tier 1 call center staff; provide status updates and training.
