Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to take full ownership of Tier 2 emergency roadside cases from start to finish. You will determine whether to dispatch an internal technician or send work to a third party and resolve technical issues on Ryder fleet vehicles.

The role requires strong maintenance knowledge, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to communicate with customers during breakdowns to ensure quick uptime.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Five+ years Ryder operations (shop) experience preferred.
• Two+ years Ryder operations direct customer service exposure preferred.
• Four+ years transportation maintenance experience required.
• Two+ years in diagnostic and customer resolution exposure related to Ryder fleet.
• Ability to operate Ryder shop computers and diagnostic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own Tier 2 emergency roadside cases from start to finish with full autonomy.
• Decide on internal technician call-out vs. third-party work.
• Resolve technical problems on Ryder lease or contract vehicles.
• Communicate with customers in breakdown situations to determine best course of action.
• Mentor Tier 1 call center staff and provide training.
