Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to own Tier 2 roadside cases end-to-end. You will decide between internal technician dispatch and third-party routing, focusing on rapid uptime and customer satisfaction.

Remote role with shift Friday–Monday, 5:00pm–3:30am EST. Requires high-level diagnostic and communication skills, ASE certifications preferred, and 5+ years in Ryder operations or equivalent maintenance exposure.

Qualifications

• Owns Tier 2 emergency roadside cases from start to finish.
• Experience with vehicle troubleshooting and OEM system knowledge.
• Ability to guide field technicians and use diagnostic data for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, troubleshoot, and remedy roadside breakdowns with autonomy.
• Provide status updates and training to Tier 1 call center.
• Escalate to service providers and coordinate with RCRC and leadership.
• Share updated technical knowledge and bulletins with the team.
