Qualifikationen

• Five or more years in Ryder Operations (shop) environment preferred.
• Two or more years in Ryder operations direct customer service exposure preferred.
• Four or more years in transportation maintenance required.
• ASE Certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess, troubleshoot and remedy vehicle roadside breakdowns with autonomy.
• Assist with follow ups, escalations, and service provider interactions; provide summaries to maintenance team.
• Provide updated technical knowledge and training materials to the team.
• Mentor Tier 1 call center team with status updates and training.
