Branch is a remote-first insurance tech company focused on accessible pricing and agent enablement. The Senior Territory Manager owns a defined set of states, drives production targets, and coaches agencies to write business aligned with Branch's appetite.

You will lead in-person agency visits, grow the appointed-agency pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove territory barriers and improve quoting adoption. Travel as needed to meet objectives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role across defined geography.
• Comfort with a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• In-person presentation and group training skills for agency principals and producers.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, building trust and driving adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Run in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to strengthen relationships.
• Manage a target agency list, maintain a pipeline, and track bound premium and policy count by agency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to resolve territory-level barriers to production.
