Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or group of states, driving volume with independent agencies and hitting production targets. This is a field-based, relationship-first role with travel and in-person engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quota-driven field sales with defined geography
• Experience with agency principals and producers
• Comfort with high travel and self-directed schedule

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, building trust and driving adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Transition from remote to in-person, field-based agency management, executing a disciplined weekly plan.
• Build and manage a target agency list, maintain pipeline, and track production to meet territory targets.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to build relationships.
• Communicate Branch's value proposition and help agencies quote in Branch's platform.
• Grow share of target agencies and re-engage quiet ones.
