Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership, solution architecture, and business guidance to our channel partners across North America, with a focus on HPE Aruba platforms.

You will enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, and architect resilient infrastructure solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to Arrow sales teams, customers, and suppliers through consultative design, demonstrations, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
Experience translating business requirements into validated technical architectures.

Responsibilities

Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in developing integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
Assist channel partners with demand-generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, technical requirements, and budget considerations.
Lead technical sales engagements focusing on discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, and migration planning.
