Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for channel partners across North America, with a focus on HPE Aruba platforms.

You will drive technical sales engagement, solution design, and demonstrations, collaborating with Arrow sales teams, customers, and supplier organizations to accelerate pipeline growth and deal closure. Strong presentation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
• Translate business requirements into validated technical architectures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Industry certifications in networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams on HPE Aruba solutions.
• Lead demand-generation activities: workshops, technical events, webinars, demos, PoCs.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding objectives, requirements, budgets, and decisions.
• Lead technical sales engagements: discovery, sizing, migration planning, architecture design, demonstrations.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions and architectures.
• Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to partners and customers.
