Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to provide architectural leadership and business guidance to our channel partners across North America, focusing on HPE Aruba platforms. You will drive technical sales initiatives, enable partners, and design resilient infrastructure solutions to accelerate pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into validated technical architectures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence technical and business decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow teams in developing integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
• Lead discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, and demonstrations for technical sales engagements.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions and deliver executive briefings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supplier teams and sales organizations to drive initiatives and revenue objectives.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
