You will drive revenue growth, provide expert scientific feedback, and partner with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

The role emphasizes technical storytelling, strong biology knowledge, and collaboration across sales and marketing to advance genomic medicine initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• At least 5 years of client support, sales or marketing in cell and gene therapy.
• In-depth knowledge of mRNA, DNA and protein manufacturing.
• Creative problem-solving and solutions-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales quota achievement: meet targets with Inside Sales, BD and Global Strategic Account teams.
• Client engagement: assess client needs and propose Aldevron products and solutions.
• Product knowledge: explain complex technical information in an accessible way.
• Industry engagement: represent Aldevron as a scientific expert at trade shows and conferences.
• Continuous improvement: collaborate with BU Leaders, Sales Leaders and Marketing Leader on industry shifts and voice of customer feedback.
