Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive full-cycle sales of research-grade products and GMP manufacturing solutions from a remote North American location. The role reports to the Manager, Inside Sales and supports the North American Sales Team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or technical customer service in life sciences, with the ability to learn and explain complex scientific concepts and to travel up to 5-10% if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales, technical or customer service experience in life sciences or a related industry.
• Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex scientific concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales for research grade products and manufacturing solutions from lead generation to deal closure.
• Grow a portfolio of research-grade clients and drive order growth through value-based selling.
• Qualify GMP leads and transition them to BDMs to accelerate the clinical pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical sales to support qualification and modality-based solutions for cell and gene therapy developers.
• Partner with genomic medicine pioneers to solve drug development challenges.
