Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Specialist to support the sales team and clients by translating complex biology concepts into practical solutions for cell and gene therapy programs. You will collaboration with Inside Sales, BD and global teams to drive revenue growth, improve product feedback, and advance scientific outcomes.

The role offers remote work, travel up to 20%, a salary in the $90k–$110k range plus bonus eligibility, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in client support, sales or marketing in cell and gene therapy.
• Strong understanding of mRNA, DNA and protein manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets in partnership with Inside Sales and Global Accounts.
• Identify client technical needs and propose Aldevron solutions.
• Explain complex scientific information to customers clearly.
• Represent Aldevron at trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with BU Leaders and Sales to address industry shifts and feedback.
