Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of client support, sales or marketing in cell and gene therapy space.
• Deep scientific knowledge of mRNA, DNA and protein manufacturing.
• Creative problem-solving ability and solutions-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets in partnership with Inside Sales, Business Development and Global Strategic Accounts.
• Identify client technical needs and propose Aldevron products and solutions.
• Explain complex scientific information clearly to customers.
• Represent Aldevron at trade shows and conferences as a scientific expert.
• Collaborate with BU Leaders, Sales Leaders and Marketing to address industry shifts and voice of customer feedback.
