Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, offers a remote-friendly Senior Technical Sales Specialist role in life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology. You will support the sales team by translating technical concepts into actionable client guidance and will engage customers with mRNA, DNA and protein manufacturing expertise.

This position reports to the Director, Technical Sales and is fully remote. You will collaborate with Inside Sales, Business Development and Global Strategic Accounts to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of client support, sales or marketing in cell and gene therapy.
Deep knowledge of mRNA, DNA and protein manufacturing.
Creative problem-solving ability and solutions-building skills.

Responsibilities

Meet sales targets in partnership with Inside Sales and Global Strategic Account Teams.
Identify client needs and recommend Aldevron products and solutions.
Explain complex scientific information to customers clearly.
Represent Aldevron as a scientific expert at trade shows and conferences.
Collaborate with business units to capture voice of the customer and drive improvements.
