Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Specialist to guide clients through complex cell and gene therapy solutions and to drive revenue growth. This remote role partners with Inside Sales, BD and global teams to deliver scientific insights and innovative product strategies.

You will communicate complex biology and manufacturing concepts, engage with industry events, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of client support, sales or marketing experience in the cell and gene therapy space.
• Deep scientific knowledge of mRNA, DNA and protein manufacturing.
• Creative problem-solving ability and solutions-building skillset.

Responsibilities

• Sales quota achievement in partnership with Inside Sales, Business Development and Global Strategic Accounts teams.
• Client engagement to establish technical needs and propose Aldevron products and solutions.
• Explain complex technical and scientific information in an understandable way.
• Represent Aldevron as a scientific expert at trade shows and conferences.
• Partner with BU Leaders, Sales Leaders and Marketing Leader to address industry shifts and feedback.
