Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage full‑cycle sales of research‑grade products and GMP manufacturing solutions. This role supports value-based selling with a remit across North America and will be fully remote from anywhere in the region.

You will coordinate with technical sales, qualify GMP leads, and build a robust client portfolio while advancing the clinical pipeline and supporting cell and gene therapy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales, technical or customer service experience in life sciences or related technical industry.
• Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex scientific concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales for research-grade products and manufacturing solutions from lead generation through deal closure.
• Proactively engage and grow a portfolio of research-grade clients, driving order growth through value-based selling.
• Identify, qualify, and transition GMP leads to BDMs to accelerate the clinical pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical sales to support qualification and deliver modality-based solutions for cell and gene therapy developers.
• Partner with genomic medicine pioneers to solve drug development challenges and accelerate life-changing therapies.
