Job summary

Praxent, a remote-friendly company, seeks a Senior Recruiter to own US technical requisitions and set hiring standards. You will craft outreach that engages senior engineers and leaders, manage the end-to-end cycle, and use data to optimize channels and timelines.

You’ll work with Hiring Managers, maintain a clean ATS, and contribute to a fast-growing practice with partnerships that drive growth. Expect a flexible, high-autonomy culture and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Demonstrated ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with multi-channel sequencing and the judgment to pick channels.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Own the Outreach and defend channel choice based on data.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to craft outreach that senior candidates respond to.
• Maintain a clean ATS including Greenhouse hygiene, campaigns, and reporting.
