Job summary

Praxent seeks a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how this team reaches the market. The role targets forward‑deployed AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders across fast‑growing practices, with a 35‑day time‑to‑hire goal and high standards for candidate quality.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, write compelling outreach, and defend your channel choices using data.

Qualifications

• Five+ years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and channel judgment.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience with CRM campaigns, pools, scorecards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Write outreach that senior engineers respond to and defend channel choices.
• Provide data before requests and maintain a clean ATS with Greenhouse hygiene.
