Qualifications

• Five+ years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Ability to write outreach that senior engineers answer and to defend hiring decisions.
• Experience with multi-channel sequencing and data-driven recruiting.

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Write effective outreach that senior candidates respond to; maintain ATS hygiene and reporting.
• Maintain time-to-hire under 35 days while preserving slate quality.
