Praxent in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how this team reaches the market. The roles are forward deployed and applied AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders, hired for aour practices that are growing fast on the back of our Anthropic and Microsoft partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with multi-channel sequencing and channel judgment.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience with campaigns and reporting.
• Data literacy to read funnel data and defend decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Own the outreach and defend channel choices with data.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to craft compelling outreach that senior candidates answer.
• Write outreach that senior people answer and provide updates.
• Maintain a clean ATS and robust campaign structures.
