Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and field service roles. You will identify, engage and place high-quality candidates across multiple locations, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and accelerate hiring decisions.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, referrals, and market mapping to build robust pipelines, while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience recruiting for field service, skilled trades, engineering, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical positions from intake to placement.
• Proactively recruit and engage high-performing technical professionals.
• Develop sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray searches, employee referrals and talent mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines across multiple branches and locations.
