Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a proactive US-focused recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for active vacancies, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews with US-based clients. You will source via LinkedIn, job boards, and email campaigns, and conduct screenings to identify top-fit candidates.

The role requires 1+ year of recruitment experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work across multiple industries and time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for US-based positions in agency or corporate settings.
• Proficient in candidate sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to coordinate interviews across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for active vacancies with US clients.
• Source and engage candidates via omnichannel headhunting.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews assessing experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with US-based clients and provide timely feedback.
• Publish job descriptions tailored to the US market.
• Maintain ATS and internal databases; track progress and updates.
• Explore new sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
