Job summary

RED Group is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across the organization. The role will attract, assess, and hire top talent, partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs and deliver a strong candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to technical or industrial roles, and proficiency in ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. Hybrid remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical/engineering or professional services roles preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Post positions on external boards and company career sites; source candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews for qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from hiring managers.
• Extend offers and manage negotiation.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure compliance.
