Sustainable Talent is partnering with our client to support growing early careers and university recruiting initiatives. We seek a Senior Early Careers Technical Recruiter with a strong technical recruiting background and a strategic mindset to connect emerging talent with career opportunities.

You will manage pipelines across software and hardware disciplines, screen candidates, and partner with hiring teams to match candidates to opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting university recruiting, early careers programs, or new graduate hiring.
• Experience managing talent pipelines, screening candidates, and matching qualified talent with hiring teams.
• Understanding of engineering disciplines and technical backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain pipeline requisitions for university and early careers technical talent.
• Screen and assess candidates to understand technical backgrounds, academic experience, projects, internships, and career interests.
• Match qualified candidates with opportunities and hiring teams based on skills and business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across software, hardware, and engineering disciplines.
• Develop relationships with candidates and maintain engagement throughout recruiting and placement.
• Identify talent through university programs, campus partnerships, referrals, networking, and targeted sourcing.
• Provide guidance to hiring teams regarding candidate alignment and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in ATS/CRM.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
