Qualifications

• At least 4 years of technical talent acquisition experience with proven success in complex engineering, data, and infrastructure roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools and strong analytical skills to interpret pipeline data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment strategy for critical technical positions as a trusted advisor to engineering and data leadership.
