Real Time Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter- Engineering to lead full-desk recruitment for engineering project resources, from sourcing through interview coordination and offers. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate client interviews, and negotiate compensation within our fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong sourcing, technical screening, and stakeholder communication, with a fully remote work option for AZ, NM, TX residents and related candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a corporate recruiting role within a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years recruiting for technical roles in engineering domains.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting with compensation negotiations and closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify job requirements, sourcing, pre-screening, and technical screening.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate progress in ATS and Excel.
• Develop candidate networks, communicate status to hiring managers, and conduct headhunting.
