Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an Engineering Recruiter for U.S. remote work, with residency in the United States and availability to operate in Central or Eastern Time zones.

The role requires engineering experience and focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for direct-hire placements. You will develop recruiting plans, manage candidate flow to meet minimum production standards, and maintain thorough documentation in our systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related experience in business or recruiting
• Experience in sales or client development is preferred
• Must have engineering industry experience or familiarity with engineering roles

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and interview candidates for direct-hire placements
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure fit for client operations
• Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet production targets
• Refer qualified candidates to clients and document all candidate/client information
• Collaborate with the manager to set activity goals and review results
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations
• Coordinate placement through guarantee period and payment collection
