• Prior professional experience in Recruiting, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation.

• A problem-solving mindset and ability to align the interests of diverse groups of people.
• Adept organizational skills with a penchant for identifying areas for improved efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates on job-seeker platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and others.
• Interviewing qualified candidates against highly technical requirements.
• Negotiating with key stakeholders and job-seekers to connect their interests.
• Prepping candidates and debriefing with them before and after interviews.
• Providing full-circle services for candidates: resume writing, interview preparation, scheduling, and debriefing.
• Partnering with internal Account Managers and other Recruiters.
