Enterprise Peak is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter for a 100% remote role. The position targets professionals with 6–10 years in technical staffing, capable of mentoring a recruiting team, deploying consultants, and driving client engagements from proposal to placement.

You will lead recruiting efforts, manage stakeholder expectations, and develop metrics to optimize performance while maintaining high-quality candidate outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of professional recruiting experience in the technical staffing industry.
• Comfortability with cold calling candidates.
• Hands-on leadership/mentorship experience: training, coaching, and mentoring recruiting professionals.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and commitment beyond standard business hours.
• Positive, proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor recruiting team members and lead by example.
• Interview, negotiate with, and deploy technical consultants on projects.
• Draft, revise, and submit candidate proposals to clients.
• Direct recruiting efforts through strategic initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
• Lead client communications to drive executive decisions and deployment of consultants.
• Develop KPIs for recruiting team and ensure adherence to processes.
