Job summary

Protingent is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a contract role, supporting complex engineering and R&D hiring. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition through offer, partnering with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 4+ years in recruiting, with a track record in fast-paced environments. It offers a flexible arrangement with options for 100% remote work or on-site Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering/R&D/manufacturing or similarly complex organizations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for challenging roles.
• Strong experience managing candidate workflows and requisitions in an ATS.
• Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements and recruiting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition creation to interview, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and build pipelines using diverse sourcing platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth candidate transition.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and postings in ATS systems.
• Contribute to reporting and dashboards for recruiting activities.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting regulations and company processes.
