Insight Global is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support hiring for our growing engineering and technology teams in the United States. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for Software, Desktop/Infrastructure, and Electronic Engineers, partnering with hiring managers to craft recruiting strategies and build strong pipelines.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and a fast, high-urgency process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and engineering talent.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Desktop/Infrastructure Engineers, and Electronic Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical and engineering positions.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques to identify talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining a high sense of urgency.
