Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting at a high-growth tech company or startup.
• Experience hiring senior and staff-level software engineers.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in infra/cybersecurity.
• Strong stakeholder management and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle Recruitment – manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, senior and staff+.
• Talent Sourcing – build targeted strategies and market maps; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration – partner with Engineering leaders and hiring managers.
• Process Optimization – design structured interview practices and improve candidate experience.
• Data‑Driven Insights – analyze metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
