Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own US technical requisitions and set the standard for outreach across Anthropic and Microsoft partnerships. This remote role focuses on senior and principal engineering hires with a 35-day time-to-hire target.

You will craft compelling outreach, manage a full-cycle process, and maintain a clean ATS while collaborating with hiring managers to move top candidates quickly and thoughtfully.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Experience hiring senior and principal level engineers.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience with CRM campaigns and reporting.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Own outreach strategy and defend channel choices.
• Partner with hiring managers and write effective outreach that senior candidates respond to.
• Provide data and updates on demand; maintain a clean ATS.
• Manage Greenhouse hygiene, campaigns, pools and reporting.
