Job summary

Praxent in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how this team reaches the market. The role focuses on senior and principal engineering hires in a fast-growing practice backed by Anthropic and Microsoft partnerships.

You will manage a full-cycle recruitment portfolio with a 35-day time-to-hire, craft outreach that elicits responses, maintain a clean ATS, and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Experience hiring senior and principal engineers.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience with CRM campaigns and reporting.
• Ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Write effective outreach that senior professionals respond to.
• Provide data-backed updates and defend outreach decisions.
• Maintain a clean ATS and use Greenhouse for campaigns and reporting.
• Achieve time-to-hire targets while preserving candidate quality.
