Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own operational health across its strategic alliance portfolio. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while driving cross-functional initiatives and bespoke integration solutions.

You will lead investigations, deliver against SLAs, and mentor junior TAMs as you scale to end-to-end account ownership. A strong API, coding, and communication background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role owning operational health and SLAs.
• Proven ability to run alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and inquiries across accounts.
• Ability to scope and deliver complex, open-ended technical work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational aspect of technical account management across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks early.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis across logs and integrations.
• Drive cross-team collaboration on launches, expansions, and new product adoption.
• Design and deliver high-scope integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
• Lead internal projects and mentor TAMs to share learnings.
• Develop playbooks, runbooks, and certification plans to reduce KTLO work.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
