Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own the operational health of strategic alliances, monitor and troubleshoot integrations, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

You will mentor teammates, design custom integrations, and lead initiatives impacting merchant objectives. As part of the Engineering team, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver against SLAs and customer impact—while growing into

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a technical, external-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience owning operational health of technical accounts and SLAs.
• Ability to run alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own operational aspect of technical account management across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio; alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, SLA delivery.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks before customer impact.
• Perform in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis across logs and data; own resolution end-to-end.
• Drive technical initiatives with internal and merchant stakeholders to grow account value.
• Design and deliver high-scope, custom integration solutions on top of standard integrations.
• Act as a technical lead for internal projects and define milestones and roadmaps.
• Create and update playbooks, runbooks, alerting, and UAT plans across the portfolio.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize projects; voice of the merchant.
