Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding, configurations, and integrations for a US-based AI-native healthcare start-up. The role spans scoping through go-live with a focus on scalable, compliant technical delivery.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage data pipelines and SFTP workflows, and ensure successful implementations in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in technical implementation, SaaS delivery, or technical ops (healthcare/healthtech preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field
• Experience with healthcare integrations, HIPAA/SOC 2 awareness, and client-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients from scoping to go-live
• Configure platform setups, SFTP connections, and eligibility data files
• Manage QA to ensure data integrity across configurations
• Serve as the primary technical resource for clients and vendor partners during onboarding
• Translate client requirements into scalable, repeatable solutions
• Identify and implement automation across file processing, data ingestion, and reporting
• Lead remediation for technical failures from root cause to fix validation
• Standardize technical implementation processes to support scalability
