Job summary

Guidehealth seeks a Senior Technical Integration Specialist to lead onboarding of clinical data, payer claims, and healthcare vendor integrations. You’ll drive data integration projects, design data flows, and ensure successful go-lives in a AI-powered healthcare setting.

Required are 3+ years in healthcare tech, HL7/FHIR knowledge, and skills in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms. This is a fully remote role with collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• 3+ years of healthcare technical implementation or data integration experience.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML and JSON.
• Experience leading healthcare data integration projects (onboarding).
• Proficiency with SQL, Python and Bash.
• Extensive experience with ETL pipelines, data normalization/processing, SFTP, and API connections
• Proficiency with cross-team project tracking/documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Bash for data querying and scripting
• Proven experience leading technical implementation projects in healthcare
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of healthcare workflows (care management, revenue cycle, etc)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interfacing with clinical and technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for onboarding and implementation.
• Manage data and tech integration projects including EMR and API connections.
• Translate requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
• Create and maintain integration docs, specs, diagrams and SOPs.
• Perform data QA and validation; run scripts and checks for quality.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with engineering, vendor, or client teams.
• Lead go-live planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Managing go-live planning, execution, maintenance and provide post-implementation support.
