Success Matcher Recruitment is helping a fast-growing AI healthcare startup in New York City deploy end-to-end patient scheduling and billing workflows. You will own the delivery of 3–5 customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and serve as the primary non-technical liaison to senior decision-makers.

You will co-create the implementation playbook, shape scalable delivery processes, and partner in a dynamic dyad with a Forward-Deployed Engineer to drive timelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in complex software implementations or onboarding.
• Ability to own timelines and stakeholder outcomes.
• Semi-technical with API basics and LLM knowledge.
• Willing to relocate to NYC and work in the office five days a week.

Responsabilités

• Lead 3–5 customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary non-technical contact for multiple decision-makers within large healthcare organizations.
• Create and refine the implementation playbook from scratch.
• Coordinate with Forward-Deployed Engineer to align timelines and stakeholder outcomes.
