Job summary

H1 is seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager to lead customer solutions at the intersection of Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. You will own projects, drive cross-functional coordination, and advocate for teams to deliver high-quality implementation experiences.

You will manage plans, optimize processes, and ensure KPIs are met while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on outcomes. Equity RSUs accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years implementing SaaS or data solutions in healthcare.
• Effective communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Track record of success in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans to drive implementing and/or migrating the H1 solution(s) to customers.
• Develop and improve processes to create operational efficiencies within the services organization.
• Lead high-visibility, internal/external planning projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Be the primary point of contact for updates from Product/Engineering.
• Manage customer deliverables against KPIs and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to maintain high customer satisfaction through delivery.
• Share customer feedback with Product & Engineering to inform initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional, strategic meetings as the voice of the implementation team.
