Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a Delivery Specialist in the United States to own the customer journey from contract signing to successful implementation and go-live. You will manage end-to-end deployments, coordinate timelines, and work with physicians, nurses, and administrators both remotely and on-site.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful implementations, stabilize customers post-go-live, and feed field insights back to internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation or onboarding.
• Able to manage multiple projects with defined plans and deadlines.
• Able to train end users and drive adoption of new software.
• Hands-on experience configuring SaaS applications for customers.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with physicians and practice owners.
• Willingness to travel across the US, typically 25–50%.
• Must be based in the US and work core hours across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and maintain customer project plans, schedules, and dependencies.
• Create and maintain systems-mapping documentation for each customer environment.
• Configure customer accounts and environments within the application and verify configurations.
• Develop training plans and deliver instructor-led training remotely and on-site.
• Manage provider onboarding from start to finish and support go-live.
• Document bugs and feature requests and advocate for timely resolution.
• Escalate project risks early and communicate issues clearly.
• Create reusable project templates, training materials, and playbooks.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes for future deployments.
• Travel to customer locations across the US for training, go-lives, and on-site support.
