Job summary

Storm3, a high-growth startup building AI workflows to accelerate healthcare operations, is seeking a Technical Implementations Manager to join the team. You will work cross-functionally with the CTO to onboard new customers and deliver end-to-end technical implementations.

You will translate clinical requirements into technical specs, collaborate with customers on data needs, and help scale deployments as the company grows.

Qualifications

4+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Experience working with healthcare data.
Strong understanding of API-led integrations.
Expert with AI-tooling e.g Claude Code, Cursor, Codex etc.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the CTO on technical implementations with customers.
Own delivery of workflows to onboard customers.
Work closely with customers to understand their clinical data needs.
Translate clinical requirements to technical specifications.
