Job summary

HealthLeap is seeking a Head of Technical Implementation to lead hospital deployments, work directly with clinical leaders, IT teams, and executives, and drive go-live success across 40+ hospitals. You will own deployments from requirements through stabilization, and build playbooks to improve future launches.

You’ll start as a senior IC and scale an implementation team as HealthLeap grows, leveraging SQL, data feeds, and API work to ensure seamless clinical adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex, customer-facing software implementations.
• Experience turning clinical or hospital needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to write SQL, read API documentation, and verify data feeds.
• Experience coordinating with hospital clinicians, IT teams and executives.
• Proven track record delivering deployments from requirements to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple hospital deployments; set plans, ownership, decisions and milestones.
• Translate clinician workflows into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Independently test endpoints, data feeds, API responses and SQL extracts.
• Collaborate with engineers to address gaps and trade-offs while keeping the hospital informed.
• Lead go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization; create repeatable playbooks.
